Africa boasts a mature R2bn shared vacation ownership industry
totalling more than 200 resorts with an 85& occupancy rate
of 500 000 shared vacation ownership weeks.
The VOASA 2010 Conference will be held at the Breakers Resort,
Umhlanga, Durban, South Africa between the 29th August and 31st
August 2010.
Hosted by the Vacation Ownership Association of Southern Africa
(VOASA) with the support and assistance of distinguished industry
players, the conference aims to establish a platform to discuss
global trends, share industry insights and challenges in an
effort to ensure the region’s alignment with international
best practises and trends.

Opening address will be delivered by Mr. Howard
Nussbaum, President of ARDA (American Resort Development Association).

and marketing challenges and the 2010 World Cup event, as well
